Because our tumblers are custom-made and uniquely tailored to your vision, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed and work has begun. Every item is made to order and designed to be one-of-a-kind.

  • Double-Check Your Details

    Because each tumbler is crafted exactly as you request, it’s important to ensure all color selections and design choices are correct before placing your order. Once submitted, your design is sealed in sparkle, and we begin bringing your vision to life! ✨

  • Damaged or Flawed Upon Arrival?

    While we package with care, sometimes mishaps happen in transit. If your tumbler arrives damaged or with a clear defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. Photos of the issue will be required to help us make it right.
